"Gem"

"Easy and friendly check-in. I believe the owner was always available should he be needed. Had a 2 queen bed room. Quite spacious, good sized fridge and of course coffee maker, microwave etc. Nice Neutrogena soaps provided, and shower water pressure was very good! Everything was really clean...the floor however needed attention. Probably needing to change out mop water more frequently. It was not bad enough to bring up while we were there, but did mention it after. I have no doubt it's been...

"It is a fairly well maintained inn, quiet, with an appropriate continental breakfast. Good coffee. There is a lovely diner seconds away within the same compound that serves an excellent breakfast"

"My family and I stayed here while visiting family in Monson. It was very convenient and safe. We were greeted with smiling faces upon our arrival. The staff were very accommodating and such a joy to interact with. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The breakfast was served hot every morning with a variety of options for my hungry teens. The pool was great on a couple rainy days. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this particular location based on the staff alone....

"Reported the Ceiling fire alarm was flashing way to bright at night when it dark at with curtains drawn. So could not sleep. The fix I discovered was to open the Window Curtains so that the Car Park lights reduced the flashing of the Ceiling light Fire alarm to an acceptable faint flashing light so that I could get to sleep. I reported the issue to the heavy set older lady with silver or gold or stainless steel glasses (poss the Asst Manager?)at the front desk that morning after 10 AM and she...

"The staff at front desk were rude! I have been trying to get in touch with a supervisor from this property for over a week now! I paid the full bill for the stay in Expedia and Fairfield Auburn charged me AGAIN for the room and is now refusing to refund my money. On top of all of that, Expedia is refusing to assist. I will NEVER use Expedia and and I will NEVER stay at another Fairfield Inn. Your customer service is pathetic."

"The hotel itself is very beautiful,peaceful and clean.the staffs are beyond nice and very helpful.the pool wasn’t available because they’re fixing up the pool side but other than that everything else was perfect.breakfast is always good and the hotel is very quite and peaceful.it was my second time staying there and I will be coming back again in July."
