Beautiful property but grass needed cutting so sitting in all the chairs everywhere was itchy. Breakfast was good. “Honesty bar” was pricey. Coffee aside from 2 pods is also an extra. somebody tried to charge my room for their snacks. Shower is extremely high pressure, hurt my mom’s skin. Beautiful pool but not heated. Amazing views, really quiet. They do have great wine."

"The breakfast was quite varied, ample selection and very tasty. Coffee and juice was fresh. Service was also good. We had dinner there one night and it was also very good and a solid wine selection. "We had a wonderful stay. The place was immaculate, beautifully maintained, and truly one of our favorite accommodations in Italy. Although it was a bit farther from Montepulciano, Pienza, and Montalcino, it was absolutely worth the drive. Its proximity to Siena made it a perfect base, and we genuinely enjoyed every moment of our stay."
