Hotel dekat Stained Glass Theatre

"Everything was great"

"There were roaches smashed in multiple places on the wall in our room, used shampoo was on the sink, and hair was all in the tub. The bathroom smelled like chlorine. The pool was too cold and the hot tub looked GROSS. There was a film over the top and hair floating all in it also. The pool area appeared to be the room they store all their plants in as well. The AC in the room wouldn't stay on, the knobs didn't seem to work properly and the light from the hairdryer was like a spotlight shining in...

"Stayed here recently and honestly everything was great except the breakfast. It's included with the room, so you'd expect it to be decent, but the food trays were empty most of the time. The cooks were right there but weren't refilling anything, so there was nothing left to eat. Kind of disappointing since you're paying for it to be included. Great hotel otherwise, just plan to eat breakfast somewhere else."

"Need to put heat under food bar."

"Best breakfast I've had included in my stay in a very long time"

"NA"

"Room was great, clean, comfortable beds and couches, and well maintained with fully stocked kitchen and full size fridge. If you had to stay an extended time period, this layout was great for vacations. Unfortunately, we heard people partying when I was awakened around 1230am early Sunday morning, thought about calling the main desk but eventually the noise level went down around 130am. We had also wanted to enjoy their highly rated breakfast but found out when checking in that weekend breakfast...

"I’ve stayed here a couple of times. Fairly clean hotel. Nice staff. Great for families so that you have room and the ability to cook if you’d like."

"The room was clean. The staff was friendly. The pool was nice. The omelet was AWESOME!!! I had a great time."

"This was a new hotel (2 years old) and it is amazing. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I have to add that this was the best continental breakfast I have ever had at a hotel."

"Front desk while checking in and out were awesome!!"

"The bathroom countertop was not clean. When I walked up stairs to our room there was a flosser laying on the stairs and several wrappers laying on the ground. Staff was friendly, room was great , beds comfy and room had large fridge and stove and dishwasher. I was surprised!!! Other than the trash outside it was a very nice hotel and would stay again!!!"
