"Rooms have a strange musty smell of food or spice, I had to buy candles to mask the nauseating scent. I asked to switch rooms but the both rooms I was given (on different floors) had the same smell."

"I booked a Cocoon 2 room and it was very nicely presented. It was a basic room with just a bed and bathroom (for those it may concern the bed was just a mattress on a raised platform, so those with mobility issues may struggle with this) The Aircon worked perfectly. However, my room had a very high pitched sound ringing 24/7, it may not affect most people but as a neurodivergent person it was very intense. The room also did not have a window which made waking up very difficult without any form of natural light. But despite those downfalls I couldn't complain for the cheap price I paid."
