"We’ve been going for years, and we feel the service was not as good and there was a smell in the room. We informed the staff, they apparently brought a machine to change the air but the smell was still there.

"Pluses:
1. The location was accessible to restaurants and public transport.
2. The size of the rooms is good enough for a family of four. We didn't stay in the room other than for sleep, so the space was not a big deal, but if you are looking for a room to relax, this won't be the right choice, but for NYC, this is good enough.
3. The bed was really good, I turn around a lot in sleep, my spouse didn't feel it. It was really comfortable.

"The room and hotel were excellent. The only issue that I had was that in the shower there was a silicone lip that is supposed to hold the water back from going all over the floor. It wasn’t secured or siliconed properly. There was also some mold on and under it. "

"I enjoyed my stay at the Leo house in new york. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The location is great and within walking distance to Subway's, taxi's and easy access to transportation. Plenty of shops to walk around and some excellent experiences. Not that far from time square either. Just wish I had 24/7 access to a minifridge and or a microwave. "
