"Nice hotel near Central station. Clean room which seems to be recently remodelled. As most downtown hotels may do, no view from room other than close buildings, but enjoyed view to inner sectors. Friendly staffs. Small, but good breakfast with espresso, yogurt, juice, fruits, cheese, bread and danish. Bar staff was very kind, in particular. I had to present at an international online meeting to Japan, and had no issues at all with the wifi. Very efficient."

"The Novotel staff were very helpful. When we checked in we received an upgrade! The room was cleaned beautifully everyday. The location was fantastic. We never hire a car and everything was in walking distance. We booked a few excursions with get your guide and we didn’t have to walk to the pick up points for more than 10 minutes. Lots of food places to have our meals which were on our doorstep. The Novotel made our trip to Brussels truly memorable. Thank you."

"Great stay overall. The apartment-style room was well maintained, and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout. The location is excellent—close to everything, with a metro station right next to the building offering easy access to Brussels Midi and Central, which is ideal for both sightseeing and shopping. Additional amenities like breakfast, laundry machines, and a gym were a nice bonus. Would definitely recommend for the great location, staff, and facilities."

"Very convenient location to the main city center of Brussels. Facilities were new and very clean. Only downsides are that if you arrive early and are looking for luggage storage, you have to pay 3 euro for 2 hours with an additional 0.75 euros for each additional hour. Back of the hostel rooms were very dimly lit, but each bed has its own light to swap on and off. Privacy curtains were very much appreciated. Private bathrooms and showers per hostel room (though sink and hair dryer are located...

This location was excellent with many tourist sites within a 5-10 minute walk (Grand Place, Royal Galleries, Mannekin Pis, Central Station, Royal Place). We went on a walking tour of central Brussels and realized they took us on a circular tour around this hotel!"
