"Everyone of the staff members were exceptionally pleasant and helpful"

"We had booked a 2 bedroom apartment. Was given a 3 bedroom with extremely short ceiling in the bedrooms. Only 1 bathroom that was about 5ftx5ft. The door to the bathroom was about 5 7ft so my husband could not get in without bending. Staff were rude and just horrible. Not accommodative at all. "

"if you plan to leave the property know that there aren't many taxi or Ubers available and you will spend a lot of money alone on transportation. the rooms were cheap but the rides were more so in all fairness I would stay closer to Florence where there is more available transportation like a bus route. it took a long time to find a taxi to the train station and we spent almost double what we paid for the stay just to get a ride. "

"O hotel era td q eu sonhava num hotel na toscana. Lindissimo tds os ambientes. Estavamos em 4, 2 adultos e 2 adolescentes, e o quarto era de um tamanho muito maior do pegamos em outro lugares. Fiquei encantada. O cafe da manha era fantastico, com culinaria tipica da regiao. Tive a oportunidade jatar tb no hotel, e a experiência foi mt boa."

"La struttura è molto vicina al centro di Siena. Il personale è stato molto disponibile. La camera presentava delle differenze rispetto alle foto ed era molto calda, senza possibilità di regolare la temperatura o utilizzare l'aria condizionata della camera. La pulizia della camera era buona, anche se non perfetta. Ottima la colazione. Probabilmente il prezzo era troppo elevato per l'esperienza complessiva."

"Tolle Immobilie ist leider nur auf sehr schlechten und verstaubten Waldweg erreichbar. Das Schwimmbad ist am 9. Oktober seit sicherlich 1-2 Wochen deaktiviert, mit Algen und Schmutz nicht nutzbar. Hatte mich eigentlich sehr darauf gefreut. Das Frühstück ist - ok. Der Kaffee leider fast ungenießbar. Summa summarum- dennoch eine Reise wert. "

"Property was lovely and close to town. Breakfast was great. Unusual set up with the showers stopped us using them before we left. If staying more than one night would have asked how to use them."
