"This property is completely unsanitary. As soon as you walk into the lobby, you’re met with old mattresses stacked against the wall and clutter everywhere. I was first assigned Room 117, and the moment I walked in, there was a strong musty odor. When I checked the bedsheets, they were filthy—covered in stains and small bugs. "Rooms were clean except for the bed sheets had stains on them which wasn’t appealing to have to sleep on. The staff were very helpful and friendly with easy check in. No coffee out front for guests or in the rooms so be prepared to have to go out to get some in the morning. Didn’t have time to check out the pool. I would stay here again if I needed to."

"The room was nicely clean, Jesús and the rest of the staff are very friendly, attentive, and courteous and really helpful so you find everything you need. The breakfast is great, there is always someone checking that the items don't run out, and there's a lot of choices for everyone. There are a bunch of stores nearby and every thing I wanted to see from Jacksonville was no more than 30 minutes away."
