"Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und sehr gut geschult. Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet (mit musikalischer live Unterhaltung durch Musiker) ebenso die Hoteleigene Bar in der Lobby. Die Zimmeraustattung wirkt zwar ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen aber dafür dennoch sehr sauber und gepflegt."

"Had an accessible room on ground floor. Had heated flooring in the bathroom and was huge. Very comfortable and quiet with neighbourhood car park outside. Staff and cleanliness was spot on. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice. Good location not far from the jewish quarter. A couple of bars and a small supermarket in the near vicinity. "

"Great location, breakfast buffet was varied & plentiful, clean rooms, superb staff. Hotel also accommodates large groups (Viking cruises) so at times may be a wait for one of the two elevators. Would definately stay here again!"
