"As someone who is naturally skeptical of NYC hotels, I’ll have to say Edge was a pleasant surprise. Not only were the rooms clean, but the staff was wonderful and the amenities were equally as pleasant! There’s an entire bottom floor that includes a full gym and lounge area. I feel as if many guests aren’t aware of these areas so they were pristine and quiet (just how I like them!) As if it wasn’t already good enough, the hotel is also approximately one block from the subway station which made...

"It’s a regular hotel room. There’s nothing to complain about unless you’re from the middle of nowhere and can’t handle a little bit of honking or sirens every once in a while, but I thought the rooms were very comfortable. Everything worked as intended. The staff was super friendly and everybody in the surrounding neighborhood is very nice so unless you’re in the city to only see the touristy areas then this will be a lovely neighborhood and a great hotel. However, if you’re the type of person...

"Every was clean, the only thing i didnt like was the check in process , you have to do a form on site and put a 75 dollars deposit for some reason none of my cards were working so i had to stand outside until i was able to send a transfer of the 75$ to the person in charge, so that was frustrating for me being standing there in front of the building with my luggage , so i texted the person once the person received the transfer via cashapp i got the code to go into the building and to my room"

"Great location in a nice area on upper West Side close to lots of cafes, shopping, museums, parks. Clean, newly renovated room (we stayed in Deluxe King), nice lobby with lounge and bar with live music on one of the nights. Helpful, accommodating staff. We will be back. Parking is expensive (just like everywhere in NYC) and couple of blocks away. Valet parking wasn't available during our stay."
