"Great clean spot. It's a bit annoying that you have to share a room but compared to paying hundreds more in Manhattan I think it's way worth it. A little hard to find towels, but everything you need is provided. Laundry machines available for a fee. I was pleasantly surprised to see everything was very clean and well maintained. "The room was a mess! The single restroom for 12 two person rooms disgusting, other guests used it to smoke and the smell was throughout the place. The bathroom was out of toilet paper both days I stayed. Never again!! Expedia should be ashamed having a site like this on the places they endorse for overnight stays. Just a terrible experience, one outlet with one plug for charging devices. Bad place,"

"The building was a bit warn down, I didn’t mind that though, since the room and bathroom were both clean and the cleaning staff very friendly. The room was small and cozy, the bed was comfortable and I absolutely loved the view of the city. The one thing I really missed was a kettle in the kitchen so that I could have made instant coffee and tea rather than having to go out to buy it every time. And a mini-fridge would be a wonderful addition to keep a few food items fresh and beverages cold...
