"The staff members were good especially the cooks, bar attendant and waffle maker. The day manager was very friendly. The food was ok. I just like bacon better than sausage. Their chicken wings were very good. Housekeeping fell very short. Our room was not cleaned the entire stay. The bathroom was cleaned only on the last day before our departure. We only got cleaned towels when asked and only cleaned face cloths one day. The sheets were never changed. We spoke to the day manager and the front desk employee each day and nothing changed. Other day cleaning our rooms daily and providing face cloths, our stay was ok."

"The staff was great, it’s very convenient to the airport & our room was comfortable, but the place didn’t feel very clean. The lobby area, lobby bathrooms, public hall ways were not well kept. Our bedding was very comfortable & clean, but other areas of the room had stains & just seemed not up to par for a Hilton property. Of course the prices at the convenient market are offensively high."

"We had to wait for the "free shuttle" for almost an hour and it didn't show up. So we had to pay for the transportation. The two ladies receptionist didn't at least say "sorry" The room wasn't clean and we reported that to another receptionist the next day who changed the room with another one which was a little bit cleaner. The food was good and the lady who serve at the restaurant was very nice and helpful. There was a nice guy who took care of our luggage and provided us with a delicious ice-cream in the second day."

"Toilet was not cement to floor towels nasty sheets itch my skin no batteries in remote pillow cases dirty sheets was dirty spread was old but bathroom was clean tv was great alot to watch Hulu Netflix utube regular TV fridge was clean and workedit just a hotel to stay for a little days great view alot of hood rats in out security was there dnt leave nothing valued in there overall cleaning was disgusting u need walk with bleach n gloves n clean n mop dnt use they sheets or towels bring own soap smh"

"Our stay at the Holiday Inn was very disappointing. Only one elevator was working, which caused long waits and made moving luggage around extremely inconvenient. The rooms were much smaller than expected and did not include even basic complimentary items like toothpaste. Although there was a TV in the room, almost everything required extra payment, including children’s movies costing around $24.99 each. Instead of feeling comfortable and welcoming, the stay felt focused on charging extra for basic entertainment and amenities. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations for the price paid."

"All good. For the shuttle, one need to call from his own phone to the hotel once arrive at the airport. The free phones at the pick up place do not work...it created some inconvenience to us. But it's great to have a shuttle service."
