"Always enjoy staying here. Very easy process. The rooms are always clean and well attended. The coffee is incredible. Great location, can be noisy but they offer great noise machines in the room. Really enjoy this place."

"The unit was exactly as described in the listing and offered excellent value for the price. The location was also hard to beat, with easy access to downtown Chicago and nearby attractions. For the cost and convenience, it’s a very attractive option.
I did not experience any communication issues with the host during my stay, and everything I needed was provided. That said, based on the level of interaction, I could see communication potentially becoming a concern if a significant issue arose...
