"Ordered a room with a hot tub that didn't work and never got fixed. Manager said he would get it fixed or change our room - never happened. The hot water dribbled out of the faucet, while the 2 sinks and the shower worked fine.
Door had gaps (up to 1/2") around it. Both televisions had to be fixed to play. The thermostat on the heater did not shut it off. The floor transition strip to the hot tub area was a trip hazard, and they had to replace the hair dryer.

"The room was so small and old. Needs one serious updating . It also smelled musty . Police were there a real times for what seemed to be drug raids . I was charged $499 a night and $489 a night. This place should not charge more that $150 . The place needs a serious overhaul and it is also dangerous! I am so disgusted that I was ripped off. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO STAY HERE! "
