"The property is well-maintained and satisfactory. The front desk, housekeeping, and breakfast staff consistently demonstrated a helpful and positive demeanor throughout our two-night stay, and we have no complaints regarding their service. Our sole recommendation pertains to occupancy management, as we observed several instances where the number of guests in certain accommodations appeared to exceed the designated capacity."

"Where do I start, the entry glass door look like a crime scene with all the dirt and smudges on them. The lady at the front desk clerk is not designed to greet guests with professional standards for the hotel industry. The elevator had odors of petroleum, as if the hydraulics were leaking and felt unsafe. The hallway was stuffy, dingey, unsafe and no AC in the building. The fire door wasn't closing properly, which is a huge concern for our safety. Entering the room, left me speechless with only 1 hard chair located by the desk. The only other place to sit was the bed. The toilet seat was loose and the refrigerator didn't work either with a pool of water at the bottom. I need the fridge for my meds and clearly that was not going to be working. The repair for the fridge was someone knocking on our door at 10:30pm. The king size bed had no support for 2 people to sleep in, unless you cuddled in the middle. The front desk night manager was to say the least rude and unprofessional. Other safety concerns were the incident that occurred, was at around 9pm with a huge commotion in the hallway which sounded as if a fight broke out with people and things that were slammed into the walls and doors. And this is all from the first night we were there. And the "Free Breakfast" you better bring you're own food, creamer and anti-bacterial wipes. There was 2 types of cereal in a dispenser, a few slices of bread, coffee and the milk was just sitting on the counter. STAY AWAY FROM HERE"
