"I liked the beds. They really comfortable and we slept very well. I also liked the bathroom. It appeared to be sparkling and new.
I had a problem with the air conditioner. When I turned it on I had trouble figuring out how to set the temperature and keep in the cooling mode. It appeared to want to heat the room instead. The air conditioner also was very noisy. I did get it set to the temperature I wanted which is why I slept so well.
My 2nd problem was the hotel Wifi. I did not get connect to it at all. It was suppose to have me sign in. I got the sign in page on only on some of my attempts. When I got the sign in page it responded with an error code and said contact your administrator with and error code. I don't know how or where the administrator is or how to contact them.
My 3rd problem was the TV. The TV didn't pick up the signals from the remote.
I tried holding it up and pointing at the TV and most of clicks were ignored.
When I got some thing on the screen, I could not figure out how to get the channel listing of programs and channel names. It is a Samsung TV. I have 2 in my home and have had no problems with the remotes that I use. One of my remotes is a replacement for a lost remote so it is not from Samsung, yet it works very well.
I view these problems as something maintenance people should address."
