"The room was nasty smell terrible. Ceiling tiles right outside the door had mold buildup on them. Front desk personnel had very little knowledge of what to do and was no help at all. Could not get fresh linen and towels the following day. No one at the front desk could help or wasn’t available. Will never stay at quality Inn again and highly not recommended. And then they double charged for the time when we were there on my credit card."
