"You get what you pay for. I was fortunate enough to have a beautiful view of the Manhattan skyline but my coffee machine as broken (not a big deal) and the building is in okay shape. I would stay there again but don't expect anything fancy and the location while good if need to be close by isn't really good for anything else unless you want to see Greenwood Cemetary"
