"We woke up to check out and started grabbing our belongings, and notice to find multiple bedbugs in both mattress's. One of the guest staying with us had gotten some pretty bad bites in his hand has been in the ER this entire morning . Not only has this been a health issue but overall just disappointing. "The hotel pictures make it seem like the property is great overall. However, when I arrived, the front desk clerk was behind bulletproof glass, which immediately made me question how safe the area was. I was also charged $50 for an early check-in even though I arrived only an hour and a half before the standard check-in time after coming from the airport.
The room floor was not clean at all, and the pillows had noticeable yellow stains. There were also visible signs of humidity and water damage...
