"Please stay away from this property! They take your damage deposit and then claim you’ve damaged something in their apartment (which there’s many things wrong) then they’ll say you did it, and not refund your money. You speak to woman in some other country with roosters crowing and other load noises going on. Plus they don’t know much English, except for I’m sorry and will get back with you. After 6 weeks of trying to explain this, I got frustrated and told them to keep my $212!! Rip off artists...

"The condo was as advertised, affordable, and just we needed for a week in Atlanta. It is an older building, but everything seemed to be kept up. There was construction on the first level that had signs it halt, probably a permit issue. We felt safe and all the people we ran into in the building were friendly. Pros: good location to interstate and downtown clean, had everything we needed secure access to the front door of building with someone at the front desk, security cameras responded...

"Wonderful stay! The home was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Location made it easy to get around Atlanta, with downtown attractions and Mercedes-Benz Stadium just a short drive away. Check-in was smooth, communication with the host was excellent, and the house had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Atlanta!"
