"It was perfect for one night while we were moving from one home into another. The room was clean. Staff was very friendly and parking is great. We also loved the convenience of walking to the restaurant and having drinks. Definitely a dated hotel, but worth the cost and was perfect for our needs."

"We have stayed at this hotel several times in recent years. For some reason, they have recently initiated a complicated approach to wifi. In order to get "free wifi," you must give an unknown company your home address and your cell number. Otherwise, no wifi.
Why? We do not want to give out personal information to a company we do not know. We chose not to sign up for the "free wifi," and it may be a deal-breaker for future visits.

"It’s been a few times that there wasn’t a mattress on the pullout sofa which made the sofa concave when sitting on it. The staff members at the desk told me they didn’t know where any mattresses were in the hotel to fix the inconveniences. We were given a different room this last stay and again, no mattress and still the same response from the front desk. Sorry but can’t help with that."

"1.We checked into our room and the air conditioner unit had a loud squeak so we changed our room.
2. The next room has a strong odor from a cleaning product.
3. Television reception is horrible!

Took 13 seconds every time you change
the channel for a picture up here
Needless to say, we’ll never stay at that Hampton Inn again in North Wales very very disappointed"
