"Train you staff to act like professionals when greeting and interacting with guests. I dealt with two front end staff members who treated me as if I was bothering them. Instead of greeting me they stared angrily at me even after I said the first hello. They did not respond with a hello or hi back to me. They were rude and unprofessional."

However, the room and the bathroom left a few things to be desired
The shower was miserable ( second floor)
