"Very close to Hakata Station. Roughly a 7-10 minute walk. So convenient if you need to shop, eat, or get on a Shinkansen.
Like a lot of Hotels in Japan, the room is a little small, yet the bathroom, toilet area; both in their own rooms, divided by a sliding door, were just as big as the bedroom/living area.
I like spacious bathrooms so thats a bonus for me.
My bed had enough space for 2 people, but the living area was only really enough for one person. There is a desk with a TV, so if there were 2 people, one person would have to sit at the desk, while the other person sits on the bed. Its fine, but just be aware of your space.
The entrance to rooms are all connected to a multifloor central atrium, that is outdoors. You wont get wet if it rains, but just something to be aware of."
