"When we first arrived and we checked in, I had to use a credit card to pay, even though I produced a receipt showing that I paid already through Expedia’s app. The next morning I went down to talk to The front desk and they told me that Expedia didn’t pay them and they were charging me again. I finally got that squared away with Expedia. Hopefully I will check my credit card today to make sure I’ve been refunded. As far as the room goes, it was OK.

"I expected the resort to look better than what we saw on arrival. Staff professional. We were disappointed in the room upon entering. The carpet was old, patio was not well kept, the view was not a good view of the golf course (south elevator room 903) and when I went to take a shower I saw dried snot on the wall! Completely grossed me out. I could not take another shower and thank God we only booked one night! Will not return."

"It was a terrible experience for the first time to stay in a hotel. Rooms were very dirty asked the front desk to change the bed sheets( the sheets had some sort of black stains and pillow had stains as well) and they never changed the sheets to clean ones. Had to leave that same night(Saturday)casue they never clean the room. The front desk lady was rude as well. Would not recommend this hotel to be honest. Very terrible experience."
