"The Hotel Edison is in a great location right next to Times Square and surrounded by Broadway theaters. The hotel itself is clean and sufficient - the rooms are just like most in NYC - small - but we'll laid out. Unfortunately our room was right behind the elevators so it was a little noisy, though we were exhausted every night and able to sleep soundly. The staff is polite but the front desk folks were a bit overworked and stressed. The included breakfast was convenient - I recommend going to Carve for the grab and go option - they had the best options. We had a nice dinner at Bond45 during our stay and the wait staff were great, but those handing out the breakfast clearly did not want to be there. The Rum House was great - creative drinks and we really enjoyed the jazz. The doorman was so kind and helpful - he was our favorite. Overall, a solid choice in a great location. "
