"We travel to Japan to celebrate our daughter's fifteen birthday. We arrived early so they offered a rest area to freshen up until the room was available. When we got to our room we found a birthday card on the table with some pastries. It was a very nice detail.The room was immaculate and also we got views of the Tokyo tower. Staff was very helpful even guiding my daughter to the breakfast buffet to explain allergen foods since she's allergic to nuts.They also have a lounge area stocked with japanese sweets,ice cream,coffee, and souvenirs.In addition, they offered free toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, hair brush, etc.) Also, there's a resting area and tucked in the corner a very quiet space where you have to take your shoes off. It is five minutes from Shibuya crossing and all of the shops and restaurants."
