"The hotel suited our needs very well, The rooms were clean, with reasonably comfortable beds, and well-stocked with bottled drinking water. We had a small fridge and a kettle, and usually had tea provided, as well. There were no bathrobes, but we did receive fresh slippers every day. In the lobby, there was unlimited coffee and tea, and more bottled water and snacks. The staff were very helpful and friendly, although it took a little while to get used to communicating through their translator...

"My stay was great. The room was really nice and the bed was so comfortable. The hotel was clean and very well kept up. The buffet breakfast was amazing. So many different choices of food. The only hiccup I had was the concierge. On several occasions I had a question about the city and navigating it and if they didn’t know the answer they made no effort to figure it out. I was left to figure it out myself. Other than that , everything was great and I would definitely stay there again. If you want...

"I honestly have no idea how this property has its rating. Its as such a disappointment as we had booked for 22 nights. We changed rooms because the first room smelled like someone pee'd on the carpet in the room and it dried. Toilet never worked properly we had to call front desk every second day to get someone to come in until we requested to change rooms and the same problem happened in a supposedly "newer" room. Every flush the water rises with everything to the top of the toilet pot. Add to...
