"The room was clean, and the staff were super nice. It was great to have access to room service when needed. The reception team was very responsive whenever I needed something. The bed was comfortable, the room had air conditioning, and the bathroom was really nice. The hot water in the shower worked great, which made it even more enjoyable. It’s also great for late check-in—my plane landed late, and there was someone at reception past 1 a.m. to welcome me. You can sometimes hear loud neighbors and doors slamming, but that’s mostly because the doors are heavy and designed to close securely. When my neighbors got too loud, I called reception—they quickly passed the message along and spoke directly with the guests. After that, it was much more peaceful"
