"We arrived at approximately 9pm, slightly later than advised. Although the front door was locked, the manager (I assume) was still there, cleaning. He let us in when I telephoned and kindly carried our case up to the room.
The room itself was clean, fresh, well equipped. However, the room was extremely cold on arrival. We were told that the heating would be turned on, but unfortunately the radiator remained cold throughout the entire night. As a result, the room never warmed up.

"Booked a king room executive for £199.00 over 6 months in advance. On check in at 2 pm they told me I had been downgraded to the same room, but one floor lower and the rate had been reduced £20.00. No problem. On arriving at room it had only a double bed. Not happy. Told hotel was sold out. Only solution was to refund my stay and I could go elsewhere. On a night the city is sold out. Deal agent claimed she did not know the hotels in area all sold out. Laughable. Complained to duty...
