"Checked in on 3/13/26. We arrived around 12:00 pm. I asked to check in early but was informed of fee. Receptionist was kind and apologetic about it but we understood. We asked if we could leave our bags, she kindly placed in the office. We asked about an airport shuttle, she kindly said to just come down at 4:00 am and it would not be a problem.
We returned to check in around 7:00 pm and a new receptionist was very different. He said it was his first day. I asked about the airport...

"The pool was down for maintenance and I was not informed when I booked. This may have been Expedia’s fault. Free breakfast was advertised but for some reason this was not a part of my room package. The hallways smelled like marijuana and the room smelled cheesy. I listed 4 people for my room but they only gave me 3 towels and when I asked for more I was informed that they ran out."

"COLD shower, you can get more towels if you wait another 30 minutes, they tried to put us on the 4th floor amidst renovations (all lights hanging off the walls unattached and plaster dust everywhere), moldy walls, moldy AC units, just plain GROSS!!! Pick another place to stay."

"We had a spill on the floor and when we wiped it up, the cloths were black. That is how dirty the floor was. Sheets and beds were clean and the bed was comfortable. There was no coffee pot available in our room."

"The staff were great. Good ambience. Unfortunately , nothing in the breakfast menu except bread, Bagel and cereal. No coffee, water in the evening. Good tv entertainment. Hot shower felt good. Bed was a little too soft for my liking. I prefer a firm bed due to body pain. There's no way to request a firmer bed in any hotel, I believe. There's only one diner within 10 minutes of walking distance where there's no sidewalks and with dangerous traffic on the road. "
