"All in all from the moment of arrival the staff were awesome and helpful, the facilities of breakfast was amazing. Sadly I couldn’t use the spa as I needed a dressing gown which unfortunately the hotel did not have facility to provide. Also the room was windowless and this wasn’t stated on the info, it just said compact room. Despite no window, the hotel is well placed to explore Stockholm. So I’d stay at the hotel again but make sure I had a room with a window. Lastly, the room wasn’t cleaned as I have been accustomed to with other hotels offering a daily automatic clean. But, I didn’t book the hotel. It was a treat from family. I enjoyed my visit to Stockholm and as a solo traveller it was a lovely trip."

"The location was really good for our intended visit - calm and quiet area, and no rattling from ventilation either. We had no interactions with the staff and can't say anything about the service because check-in and -out went very smoothly so no interaction was needed. Clear information was found both in the room and in the lobby, as well as a big selection of activity suggestions in the area. The room was simple but comfortable. You can tell the facilities aren't new and could use some touch-ups in the form of tightening screws on door-handles and sink taps but everything is perfectly functional. A small fridge wouldn't hurt, and the bathtub could be cleaned with a bit more care to detail."
