Under förväntan

Har bott här flera gånger och har varit mycket nöjd, men denna gång gick lite för mycket snett. Man hade tillåtit ett sällskap att ha extra gäster och fest på rummet hela natten, så vi blev tvungna att byta rum mitt i natten. Ingen hade vett att be om ursäkt och skyllde bara på någon högre ansvarig och att man inte kunde stoppa festandet. Vi fick en middag som kompensation, men det tjafsades om betalning av dryck. Nästa dag blev vårt rum inte städat - och inte heller då kände någon sig manad att be om ursäkt. Ytterst oproffsigt. Omgivningarna är väldigt fina, men parkering är väldigt dyr, och man erbjuder fortfarande ingen laddning av elbil.

Toppen frukostbuffé!

Hotellpersonalen knackar på mitt i natten

Hotellet i sig var helt ok, mysig uteplats på baksidan men maten - under förväntan. Hamburgaren vi fick in till middag liknande något jag hade kunnat köpa på Sibylla. Frukosten helt ok men kalla ägg och inte speciellt färska råvaror. Det mest anmärkningsvärda med vistelsen var ändå att receptionisten som hade hand om nattpasset blev riktigt obehaglig. Jag och mina vänner pratade med honom under kvällen vid 8-tiden och mitt i natten ringer han upp till vårt rum och är helt tyst i telefonen. När vi sedan lagt på kommer han upp och knackar ett flertal gånger på vår dörr och står sedan utanför i 15 minuter. Låt oss komma ihåg att klockan här är strax efter midnatt och vi är tre unga tjejer som upplevde detta mycket obehagligt. När vi sedan berättar om detta för en annan personal nere i receptionen så får vi höra att han är världens snällaste och ”inte menade något”. Oacceptabelt att känna sig otrygg av personalens agerande på sitt hotellrum. Jag tänker att fler borde känna till detta och hur det hanterats för att ha i åtanke nästa gång ni ska välja hotell.
