"Ce n'est peut-être pas le TAJ auquel on s'attendait mais c'est le plus bel hôtel de Kovalam. La situation est exceptionnelle, le cadre est magnifique. Des chambres cosy dans un jardin luxuriant. Un repas dans le restaurant qui borde la mer d'Arabie, un moment inoubliable. A ne pas rater."

"We were very disappointed with many things... firstly the hotel needs to work on its maintenance part. The bathroom showers were broken n tap nozzles were too tight n clogged pores... could not take shower the first day. Then we complained they repaired it. The staff was sooo undertrained and raw.. And i feel they should atleast be aware of the hotel little basic know how... whm we were asking the staff about the property.. they gave us a blank look.. seemed very clueless The lady staff...

"Excellent. Great location, not too far from the airport and very close to bus station and railway station. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Dinning ,great menu. Hotel has its own cars for sight seeing. Very secure. Shiv Kumar was extremsly helpful in planning sight seeing itinerary. Abhinesh, driver was great and service provided was sbove and beyond. Very pleasant reception desk and great house keeping. "
