"A great comfortable place to stay close to central Charlotte. The Kasa was clean and well supplied with everything needed for normal living. We did not cook or use the washer/dryer, but it all there if needed. I liked that it was on the ground floor and close to the building exit. It was easy to get to the car when needed. My only wish would be that they would provide at least one streaming service for TV viewing such as Hulu, You Tube, Sling, Direct TV, etc.

"I never expected to have the experience we did at this hotel. I’ve stayed at other locations and never had any issues. A staff member tried to come in our room twice without knocking and was not there for any service. We had to have our room moved due to upgraded or cleaning being done to the couches during the middle of our stay. When I voiced my concerns a manager was very dismissive. I wouldn’t stay at this location for free! "
