"初日から5日間に宿泊した部屋は、大きな問題なく過ごせました。 6日目以降に泊まった部屋は、洗濯乾燥機が故障しており、子どもたちは毎日のプールを楽しみにしていたのに、乾燥機が作動せず、洗濯に困難がありました。二度、スタッフに見てもらいましたか、改善できないとのこと。 また、ソファベットの表記がありましたが、まったくリクライニングせず、子どもでも足を伸ばせないくらいちいさなソファでした。 あまりにも不便だけったので部屋の交換を申し入れましたが、スタッフは代替策として薄いマットレスと物干し竿を持ってきました。 子どもたちは初めてのクアラルンプールで楽しみにしていたのに台無しです。 キッチンツールは包丁やハサミは刃が欠けており使い物にならず、鍋類は取っ手や内部、外側も油でべとついていました。長期に滞在するには非常に困難のため、再訪は難しいです。 返金してほしいくらいです。"

"the host and staff were excellent. When we got there we have found that the covers on the sofa smelled of smoking and the host promptly replaced them. The staff replied promptly and was very polite The location was very good The flat has 2 en-suite which was great The room was clean but there were cockroaches (probably coming from the outside) Air-con smelled of smoking probably due to the last guest was smoking in the flat..."

"Lo positivo es que está muy cerca de las Torres Petronas y centro, junto con la rapidez de la atención del personal. Lo negativo: Nosotros reservamos un apartamento de dos dormitorios y dos cuartos de baño, el segundo dormitorio es un zulo sin ventana en cuya cama no podia estirarse un hombre adulto. Un metro y medio por dos metros aproximadamente no es un dormitorio. El segundo cuarto de baño no tenía ni un metro de ancho casi no se podía abrir la puerta y tenías que tener cuidado al abrir para...
