"The pool is either very dirty or stained black. Housekeeping took dropping off towels one morning as an excuse to not clean the room at all that day. Room service takes the phone off the hook and doesn't answer. Go downstairs and order the food yourself, they tell you to come back downstairs 9 floors and fetch it yourself or wait. "The room was TINY, could barely move around. Nowhere to hang longer clothes because a refrigerator was directly under the hanging bar. One low chair by a fold-down wooden slat for a "desk," but couldn't walk around to the side of the bed with the chair out to the "desk." Breakfast (extra $20 per night) was good. Lunch cost us $61 for 2 sandwiches, which we had to wait 35 minutes for, and the grilled cheese was a cold slab of cheese. Had to send back to the kitchen to get it grilled/melted."

"I am very disappointed with the way we were treated.
- We arrived only a ~10 minutes before the standard check-in time, but the receptionist was unfriendly and insisted that we pay a $50 early check-in fee.
- She also refused to allow my family to enter the room, even though we had booked a room with two queen beds for three adults and two children.
We have to leave that space without any refund. Overall, the customer service was very disappointing and did not make us feel welcome. NEVER...
