"This place used to be a best western. TheThe best western had an amazing hot breakfast.The breakfast at spark is pretty lame and I actually would not stay there again for that reason. Otherwise, it was clean and well stocked, but the pool had way too much chlorine in it.Which was a serious irritant"

"Once we arrived, check in was all virtual done in app. We got to the room and it was dirty, crumbs and hair strewn everywhere. We contacted front desk and she was nonchalant about it and offered no sympathy. We were expecting to use the pool when we arrived, this was the main reason we booked at this location. During breakfast at exactly 9am the curtain was closed on my wife as she was making her oatmeal. They could have waited out told her it’s closing time, that’s besides the point, breakfast finishes at 10am not 9am. All in all I doubt we’d return to this location."

"Checking in was quick and the desk clerk was pleasant. The room was very clean on arrival; however, what was disappointing is that they do not clean the room or provide replacements (towels, coffee, tea) until your third night stay and we only stayed two nights. It was not pleasant to come back to a room that had not been cleaned, the beds made, and items replaced!"

"Been using Hotel.com for few years. Their service has gone to 0. My fiancé and I have booked the hotel. Hotel had ants. A lots, Spoke with the Hotel general manager and was advised that to call hotel.com. Hotel.com do not want to hear what I have to say. they’re not helpful at all. I have videos of all the ants. hotel.com is telling me that I have no record of reserving room but yeah I have a credit card receipt charging me a room. Hotel.com is a jokes……"
