"The reception desk was behind bulletproof glass, suggesting a concern about safety, but then the elevator didn't have a key card reader to prevent unauthorized access to upper floors. Hmmm. The floors in the halls and in the rooms are all uncarpeted hard surfaces so you can hear every door closing in the hallway, making it very difficult to sleep."

"Changed to handicapped room for way more space and comfort for our 6 night stay. Staff helpful in arranging this. Lots of nearby places to buy good quality food for diy breakfast in room w well appointed kitchen. Fresh fruit and yogurt downstairs was helpful too. Only drawback is the vacant lot next door where unhoused people sleep and leave litter behind in the morning. Otherwise cool neighborhood in Brooklyn close to Park Slope"

"Parking was extremely limited. We were lucky to get a parking spot. Probably only about ten spots. Don't know where you park if they are all filled up.
Breakfast was just okay, and I'm being generous. It wasn't the reason we booked it. The hotel was in walking distance of the Barclay Center for a concert.
We fell safe in the building and the adjacent streets."

"This hotel is quite good! The front desk staff was nice. The breakfast buffet was delicious—my granddaughters loved the pancake machine. It was great that there was a pool table so I taught my granddaughters to play pool. The room itself had plenty of space and the ventilation was very quiet. My only issue was the refrigerator motor which was very noisy."
