"A few minutes walk from Penn Station. Hotel offers daily housekeeping and we had the breakfast every morning which was self service and food was of excellent quality . Hotel also offers free bottle water when you need it and complementary tea and coffee until 7pm. It is a few minutes walk from The Empire State building and beside loads of eating places. The hop on bus stops around the corner so is really convenient to see around the City."

"Perfect location, clean and stylish. Petite rooms, but cozy. The king terrace room was awesome. Most comfortable sheets and pillows. Mattress wasn’t the best. Otherwise, awesome!"

"We had an amazing stay. The room on the top floor with view on Empire State Building was so cool! The rooftop bar was great and the location is just perfect. Few steps from subway, safe, very convenient. Thank you so much! I hope we can come back one day!"

"Power outlets loose and too scary/dangerous to use. Rainfall shower head wasted way too much water and splashed too much onto floor. No faucet diagrams or instructions. We figured it out but wasted a bunch of water before we dialed in the “combination”. No place to hang the hand towel. Toilet seat was very loose. The tub was more of a basin. I’m not sure why they didn’t opt for a shower. Lighting wasn’t very good. To tables/desks. No place to place your clothes except to hang. The toilet gave you no room to actually sit. You had to sit sideways. There was no vent in the bathroom. Only a small window that could only be opened/closed from inside the tub. On the good-side, quiet (except for the midnight fire alarm) comfortable, great staff, restaurant food was good but overpriced even for NYC. The place had charm. Great view. If I stay again, it will be in a larger room with a shower stall and ADA bathroom lest I getting injured trying to contort the bathroom facilities."
