"Absolutely love this place. Second stay here and the staff is super friendly and accommodating. Emily at front desk goes over and beyond to help with anything we ask. Rooms are clean, bed sleeps great, AC works great, rare find worth staying. Close to the bus stop for travel into the city. Spacious parking. Only regret is we didn’t stay longer. "

"The room was clean and a good size but the carpet needed renewing as it was in bad condition.The bed linen and towels were excellent and the twin beds were comfortable. Our room and our friends room were "shabby".Paint work etc. I complained about the fact that the bath water went cold before I had run very much.There was no soap to use in the bath.Only soap available was fixed to the shower wall and by the washbasin.
I was woken up at 5.35am on the morning we were leaving with a text message...

"The location and price of the hotel are excellent. The young man who greated us was very nice and our rooms were clean and modern. It’s not the Four Seasons but I think it was fine for the price considering everything else in Oxford Town Center is double the price or more. The rooms are above a nightclub which had loud music until 1:30 AM. The entrance to the hotel is very hard to find with only a paper sign on the door.
