"This is a uniquely situated property with the poorest of connection to the airport it serves. Taxis take you from Terminal 2 to Terminal 1. where you hoof it through the airport to find the hotel. The room's shower door leaked causing daily issues. The hotel does allow a few select taxis on site which was a saving feature one day, The restaurant on site is the only game in town save for a lively nearby community bar. "i loved the hotel but for almost 300 dollars a night you’re just paying for an aesthetic. I don’t like to say comments on anything honestly but it was quite shocking! The zocalo was closed down so i had to walk for like 10 min from where i was dropped off with 2 suitcases and a backpack the greet you take you to your room just to find out you can’t even have nothing from the fridge keep in mind it’s locked too so if you take any cold drinks to store in your fridge it’s literally sealed shut lol....

"We stayed here for 2 nights as we had an early flight the 3rd day. The hotel was fine for our purposes. Very family friendly with board games and more in the lobby. The location is not very convenient with not many dining options nearby though apparently a shopping center with fast food options. Mexico City is terrific anyway that you experience it. This hotel is a good choice especially convenient to the airport."
