"I would like to share with you the best experience i had at this hotel , the staff 10/10 helpful, friendly and extremely professional.
They gave me a beautiful 3 nights and the breakfast is tasty, the receptionist helped me with my bags, at 1am after midnight and he insist to take the bags from my wife and handle it himself, in the morning the beautiful lady with glasses prepared my coffee for the three days with a smiley face . Really enjoyed"

"Lovely hotel with a great breakfast. Far, though, from the Termini and many Rome sites. Closely shopping plaza with great food store if needed; Sfornabonta cafe also there - espresso, pastries, and gelatti! A bit difficult to figure out the bus lines but the tram/streetcars are a little harder. The buses do mostly have a video screen showing the stops. The metro, though, is great; 1.50 euros for a 100 minute card (only one Metro usage). Nice hotel and staff, a bit far from sites, though. "

"The property is located in a run-down neiborhood, in a industrial area. This area was deserted during the weekend. I didn't feed safe walking...
The hotel didn't provide walking directions from the Metro station, even though I have sent them an email, confirming my reservation.
The hotel is located at the top of a steep hills, and dragging a heavyweight suitcase, uphill was not easy!
