"We stayed 4 days and 3 nights. The whole hotel was super clean. You could tell someone is always walking around cleaning. The staff was helpful. my son left his phone in one of the lobby chairs and staff held at front desk. The breakfast was good. The wifi worked great. My hubby wished they had a bar in the lounge area. The only negative would be the pool area. I don't think the chemicala were added or checked often. The moment you entered the pool your eyes burn without even going under. ...

"We didn’t receive any services for our 4 day stay. We had to search out the cleaning crew for fresh towels, and room essentials. When I called to ask why our room hadn’t been cleaned they said they were short staffed. We were out of our room plenty of hours for them to do a quick clean.
