"I was disappointed by the reception team during my recent stay. Despite arriving with heavy luggage, not a single staff member offered to help or even acknowledged the struggle. A hotel’s front desk sets the tone for the entire experience, and unfortunately this one felt indifferent to guests’ basic needs. I hope management addresses this, as a little attentiveness goes a long way in hospitality."

"The only problem that we had was the pool area. There were guests that paid to stay there and other people invited their friends in there was this one party that had a room joined to the pool. It was her four kods then thete was three more adults that came out to the pool and three more kids that came out to the pool. "The property is old and it's obvious. That said, it well located and comfortable/clean. The best part about De Anza is 100% the staff. The front desk folks were more than helpful and accommodating - even upgrading us at no charge because we added a person to our reservation and there was only one option with two beds left (the suite). Kudos to the staff -- they were amazing!"

"立地はバス停が近く、カルトレインのサンノゼ・ディリドン駅から徒歩15分と、悪くなかったです。周辺にレストランも多く、ファイブガイズやスタバもありました。
ホールフーズも徒歩10分ぐらいです。
部屋は普通。
シャワーの切替は難しいです。
蛇口の輪っかを引っ張るのですが、固くなかなか引っ張れませんでした😥
Wi-Fiは弱く、USBポートもありません。
ただ、寝泊まりするには十分でした。"
