"This was my absolute worst hotels.com experience hands down. The room was so dirty that I tried to cancel my reservation, a first ever. And I’ve stayed in some funky places but this takes the cake. The furniture had crusty stains like 3-D stains, the remote control was covered in some kind of sticky goo, sheets stained, burn holes in the blanket, bathroom was a nightmare. "The only that I noticed was that the online pictures of the lobby and the rooms were not current. Carpeting throughout was in need of either replacement or a deep cleaning. But other then that the rooms were clean, had plenty of towels and most importantly for me was the shower, toilets, and bathroom floor were very clean as was the bedding."
