This hotel truly deserves a 5-star rating, but we are giving it 4 stars to draw attention to an important detail that future guests may want to consider.
The property is located in a beautiful area with breathtaking views. The rooms are comfortable and well maintained. While the hotel is not new, it has been kept in very good condition and offers a very pleasant stay. The breakfast was excellent, the food was great overall, and the service was exceptional.
We would especially like to recognize Luigi, who was incredibly kind, professional, and always willing to help with anything we needed. His hospitality made a significant difference in our experience.
One important consideration depends on how you travel along the Amalfi Coast. If you are using private transportation or taxis, this may not be an issue. However, if you are driving yourself and traveling with luggage, as we were, access can be challenging. The hotel does have parking, but reaching the parking area, accessing the hotel entrance, and moving luggage up and down the stairs can be quite difficult, particularly for guests on longer trips carrying multiple suitcases.
Aside from that, everything else was excellent. The views are incredible, the rooms are comfortable, the breakfast is very good, and the staff is outstanding.
If we return to this area, we would gladly stay here again. We would simply plan ahead and take additional measures regarding transportation and luggage to avoid the challenges."
