"The breakfast was great!! Lots of options, many hot items available. Exterior of property could use some upgrades, but the room was clean. Great option for airport access. The 703 bus will take you there from across the street for £3 instead of the £55 for a taxi."

"There is no elevator and we had to manage our bags up to the front door then up the staircase to the top floor without help. They did let us in early which was lovely. There is air conditioning in the rooms. Our room was tired and walls are a little thin. Our neighbour was snoring lol. Breakfast was delicious. The drinks were priced well. The restaurant was closed on sundays. It’s a walk to the castle which I rather liked being out of the hustle and bustle."

"The room and corridors were hot. The fan in room made a terrible noise. I had to ask to change it. I had ask for a mini fridge in room there was no fridge. I had get door security card changed 4 times. Every time I returned to room cards did not work. The beds were not made up each day. I asked them to but they pretended by just straightening sheet. It could be great a great location a great old pub but no attention to detail at all which showed lack of management when I asked about they...
