"Breakfast was not good. Only 2 pieces of bacon left and 1 hash brown. Also was never told they charge you an extra £20 for checking in before 3pm. Luckily the receptionist did have a room ready so gave it to me without charging. This is something to look out for."

"Our stay was great.
The only disappointment was the shower. It wasn't very powerful and the temperature was unreliable.
The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly.
The continental breakfast was very good so it wasn't necessary to order additional cooked items. "

"Had a nice night. Bed was comfortable and room quiet.
Restaurant served good food at reasonable prices. Breakfast was really nice, i had veggie cooked breakfast. Extremely good value.
The staff were great, polite and helpful.
I would recommend The Belmont if staying in Leicester. It has parking included free and within walking didtance of the University and O2 Academy if you intend going to a concert there or nearby. I would certainly stay there again. Thank you to the staff there."

"The hotel is in the middle of Leicester and does NOT have the parking they claim to have so nowhere to park. Room handles and floor were sticky and bathroom had no heating so was like an ice box. As an experienced traveller I always request a quiet room and I was on the first floor at the back of the hotel. Traffic and general noise was high and the noisiest bin men in the Country crashed around at 600am having loud conversations with hotel staff. This is the 15th hotel I have stayed in this...
