"My husband and kids went to use the pool, and there were other, unsupervised kids using it horseplaying trying to choke one another, flinging water around, banging on the door to the pool. My husband complained to staff twice, and nothing was done. The room, amenities, etc were good, not the staff."

"This was my 1st time visiting Chicago for a navy graduation and this hotel is theeeeeeeee 🤏spot for your stay, the hotel was decorated with navy graduates photos and balloon garlands , the staff was kind and informative about where to get the tickets for the graduation if you didn’t already picked up your tickets everything is close by…….. The ticket pick up spot was about 5min drive down the road from the hotel and the graduation area was literally at the end of the street about 7-8 min drive if your heading straight from the hotel 🏨 to the base. Their rooms are clean and housekeeping also cleaned the room while I was out and nothing was missing, they did their job and they left so I highly recommend. Plus the hotel also offer shuttle rides to and from the graduation ceremony and also back to the hotel you don’t necessarily have to go back to the hotel with the shuttle ride if you plan on going elsewhere after the graduation ceremony with the graduates. My overall experience was a good one while I was staying there. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"It was a great place to stay for weekend visit. Easy to get to the naval base, the drive wasn’t far at all. The room I got was setup like a small apartment, the door to the bedroom closed to the rest of the room. There was a loveseat that pulled out (I think it did) with a generous sized kitchen for a small room and a spacious bathroom. The shower had amazing water pressure! I loved how I was able to get a crockpot from the front desk so I could make a healthy, home-cooked meal as eating out gets expensive. My Navy boyfriend definitely appreciated that! The one negative I have was I had to run the dishwasher when I got there bc it was full of dirty dishes. It wasn’t that big of a deal, just should’ve been done prior to my arrival. Otherwise, the staff was helpful and friendly, the room itself overall was clean, as was the hotel in general. I can’t say anything about the breakfast, I’m not a breakfast person."

"We went there for our son’s Navy graduation and this place is a really nice place to say very clean and the stuff is very friendly. I highly recommend it. The only thing I just didn’t understand was that I was charged for parking my vehicle in their hotel. That doesn’t make sense overall it’s a nice place to stay."
