"The pool was out of order. Hotel looked nice, but it is starting to show wear. Our toilet got clogged right away. We asked the staff to fix it. It was Saturday evening. They said they already had similar requests that day and their engineer was off until next day. Nothing they could do. They never fixed it (we checked out on Sunday).
Knowing that this was not an isolated issue, this is totally not acceptable for a reputable place like this. So, indifference from the staff and not fully...
